Pocket Mahjongg allows you to customize backgrounds and tile sets! Simply place your new background and tile set bitmaps into your Pocket PC's \My Documents folder and they should appear under your choices in the Options window (Game->Options from the menus).

If you are interested in creating your own tile sets, here is the template that you must use. Note that Pocket Mahjongg will draw the left and bottom sides for the three dimensional effect.
